I am an ex-athlete and have previously been part of the Czech Republic athletic team, competing at a professional level.
I have been lucky enough to travel different countries and connecting with like minded people, sports team and athletes. I have develop extensive knowledge of personal training, nutrition, fitness and spiritual wellbeing.
I have worked in multicultural environments which led me develop many different skills in order to connect with people and understand their needs. Travelling and living in different countries also helped me to improve my social skills and ability to connect with people on different levels.
I am always open to learn new things and expend my knowledge to become better version of myself.
My positive attitude is infectious and I genuinely care about helping people becoming happier and healthier.
