Consultation 

Consultation it’s a short chat when you and I can meet over the nice cup of coffee or tea and agree what we expect from each other.

We will discuss your past and present physical activity levels, health and injury status, diet, activity preferences, work and family commitments, stress levels, sleep quality and find out exactly what you want to achieve and set some realistic short term and long term goals and timeframes based off of all that. 

 

Body composition assessment. 

Body composition describes the amount of fat, bone, water, and muscle in the body. Measuring your body composition will tell you your own body’s unique makeup and help you identify areas to work on to improve your overall health and wellness. You will find out more about your:

  •         Body Fat Percentage

  •         Muscle Percentage

  •         Visceral/Abdominal Fat

  •         Resting Metabolic Rate

  •         Body Composition Health Risk Score

 

Flexibility and mobility assessment

Having balanced and good mobility, whether or not you are an athlete or train regularly, is important to prevent injury and make sure you are happy, healthy and pain free. 

We will have a look at your current physical abilities and design your training programme according to what you can do and where your body allows you to go. 

Nutrition

A healthy eating routine is important at every stage of life and can have positive effects that add up over time.

I will provide you with nutritional guidelines (or meal plans) that will not only provide you with the opportunity to achieve stunning results in a very short time but will set you up with good habits for the long term to manage your weight without you feeling like you're on a diet. 

You will receive book with heathy meal ideas and Myplate guide explaining you how much and what you need from each food group. You will receive a personalized Myplate plan that's right for you, based on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity level.
